Independent cottage "Country house" with a view of our beautiful lake !!! The same plot ... the same place !!!!

The house is fully furnished, completely with new equipment and furniture.

On the ground floor there is an open space, with a seating area with a sofa, a large 50-inch TV with wifi,
play zone with a professional "table football" table,
a dining room with a large wooden table for 8 people, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom.
In the attic, there are 3 spacious bedrooms, each with 2 beds with the option of any configuration settings. One room is "transitive ..."
The modern kitchen is equipped with: a large 4-burner electric hob, hood, kettle, overflow coffee maker, large microwave, oven, dishwasher, large fridge with freezer, set of dishes, plates, cutlery, pots, glasses, cups, tea cups and coffee, wine glasses, and the necessary accessories to prepare independent meals.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower with a drain line (without a shower tray), a toilet, a free set of cosmetics and towels, a hair dryer and a washing machine.

The cottage is available for weekly stays min. 6 nights / 7 days, or 13 nights / 14 days, subject to the deadline: "Monday to Sunday".

A luxury house for 6-7 people.
- fenced recreation plot with sunbathing and playing area, bathing area, pier and floating equipment (80 m from the object);
- free rental of kayaks, boats or a pedalo;
- free mountain bike rental (2 bikes are equipped with child seats);
- outdoor playground for children;
- volleyball and football pitch;
- badminton;
- outdoor tennis table;
- Nordic Walking sticks;
- beach chairs;
- a shed for common feasts with a place for barbecue and bonfire;

Possibility on site:
- fishing from the shore, bridge and from a boat in our lake;
(fishing card and permit required, from 01.01.20-31.04.20 no fishing from the boat)
- mushrooms (in season);
- hiking or biking tours in charming corners;
- active recreation;
- it is possible to buy fresh eggs and vegetables from the host (in season)
- meals with delivery from local restaurants and bars from Sępólno Krajeński.
