1. What does Uroczysko Lutówko offer as an accommodation base?

Uroczysko Lutówko is a cozy place located by the picturesque Lake Lutowskie in the heart of the Krajeński Landscape Park.

We offer year-round stays in comfortable apartments (up to 5 people) and independent houses:
Grandma Halina’s House (max. 7 people), Grandpa Klemens’s House (max. 8 people) and Uncle Frank’s House (max. 10 people) – all with a fully equipped kitchenette or kitchen and dining area for self-catering.

2. What attractions and facilities are available on site?

Uroczysko offers many attractions for families with children as well as for active guests:

• private lakeside area with pier, swimming area and sunbathing zone
• boats, kayaks, pedal boats, life jackets and beach chairs
• volleyball court and mini football field
• table tennis, badminton, outdoor gym, Nordic walking poles

3. How does the booking process work and are there any promotions?

Bookings can be made online without intermediaries – with a lowest price guarantee.

On the booking page you choose your arrival date and number of guests, and the system confirms the booking immediately. Discounts are available for longer stays.

4. Is Uroczysko suitable for families with children and active people?

Yes! Uroczysko is perfect both for families with children and for lovers of active holidays.

Children can use a safe playground, and adults can enjoy many activities: forest walks, cycling trips and team games. The area is also great for fishing, mushroom picking and nature walks.

Uroczysko has prepared offers for every season:

6. How does check-in and key collection work?

Uroczysko Lutówko is a self-service property – you don’t have to wait for staff.

After booking, you will receive a gate code and information about your apartment/house, so you can enter at any time after the arrival hour. No personal key collection is needed – the whole process is simple and contactless.

7. From what time can I check in and when does the stay end?

Standard check-in is from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM, and check-out is until 11:00 AM.

If you plan earlier arrival or later departure, let us know – often we can arrange it individually.

8. What is included in the price and what requires an extra fee?

Included in the stay:

• access to the lakeside recreational area (pier, swimming and sunbathing area)
• water equipment – kayaks, boats, pedal boats and life jackets
• mountain bikes and children’s bikes

9. Can I come with a pet?

Yes – Uroczysko accepts gentle dogs after prior notice.

For the comfort of all guests, rules apply regarding the number and type of animals, so please contact us before arrival with information about your pet (some breeds considered aggressive may be restricted).

10. What rules apply during your stay at Uroczysko Lutówko?

To make everyone’s stay pleasant, the following rules apply:

• night quiet hours: usually from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM
• non-registered visitors allowed only at specific times
• no smoking inside buildings – smoking allowed outside
• guests are responsible for any damage and for cleaning up after themselves
• parking is fenced but not guarded
